ALL CAKES MADE WITH ALCOHOL

ITLALIAN RUM
Three layers of rum soaked vanilla cake filled with two layers of Scott's pastry cream mixed with rum and creme de cacao. Then iced with fresh whipped cream and covered with walnuts around the side, with whipped cream and nuts decorated on top.

BLACK FOREST
Three layers of chocolate cake filled with one layer of chocolate whipped cream and one layer of cherry brandy whipped cream and dark cherries. Then iced with cherry brandy whipped cream and decorated on top with dark cherries, and chocolate flakes.

JACK DANIELS
Four layers of Jack Daniels soaked vanilla cake filled with two layers of whipped cream and one layer of pastry cream and fruit on the inside. Then iced with fresh whipped cream and a chocolate design on top.

PINA COLADA
Two layers of rum soaked vanilla cake with fresh sliced pineapples and fresh coconut whipped cream on the inside. Then iced with fresh coconut whipped cream and decorated with sliced pineapples on top and around the sides.
